The Rachlin – Olman Law Offices were founded by experienced Jerusalem attorneys Aryeh Rachlin and Jane Olman.

Aryeh Rachlin has specialized in real estate law since 1991, maintaining his own practice since 1998. Representing clients both overseas and in Israel, Aryeh has developed a reputation for providing his clients with practical advice and solutions for complicated issues, bringing a personalized business-minded attitude to the legal sphere of property transactions. He regularly handles both second-hand real estate transactions as well as purchases “off the plans” and development projects. He has developed solid working relationships with a number of mortgage banks and building companies.
Aryeh has additional experience in the fields of contract and labor law, wills and probate, international investments and intellectual property law and serves as legal counsel to a number of small businesses and start-ups.
Aryeh is a regular lecturer in contracts and obligation law for the Israel Bar review course organized bi-annually for new olim. He is also the author and co-editor of a number of legal publications and a contributor to online real estate publications.
Aryeh is active in a number of educational and not-for-profit organizations, including the world movement of Bnei Akiva and Tehilla, the religious aliyah organization.
Aryeh was born in New York in 1964 and, in 1980, he moved to Melbourne, Australia where he completed his B.A. in 1985 and LL.B in 1987 at Monash University. He was admitted to the bar in Victoria, Australia in 1988 and, after making aliyah, was admitted to the Israel bar in 1991. Aryeh is married with three children and lives in the Baka neighborhood of Jerusalem.

Jane Olman was born in California and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California before moving to Israel in 1995 to study law at Bar Ilan University. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000.
After serving on the legal staff of the Ministry of the Interior for six years, Jane entered private practice, where she specializes in real estate law, with additional expertise in loan and investment contracts, wills and inheritance law. She currently advises two non-profit organizations in Jerusalem. Committed to providing thorough and personal service, Jane has developed strong relationships with her clients, as well as solid connections within the banking and real estate industry and amongst building contractors.
Jane brings to the firm her unique experience in navigating Israeli government bureaucracy, having specialized in Supreme Court cases brought against the Ministry of Interior in matters of citizenship, immigration, and other issues of personal status in Israel. In addition, she was responsible for all internal supplier and consultant contracts for the Ministry and served as legal counsel for the Acquisitions Committee, reviewing tenders and bids for government contracts.
As a mother of four young children, Jane is especially sensitive to the needs of new immigrant families in Israel, and works closely with them to ease their transition into Israeli society. Jane lives with her family in Ramat Beit Shemesh, serving on her community synagogue board as well as on the steering committee of a local elementary school.
